Nuts for Life
GBC is a Contributor to the Nuts for Life program and Gerard Brunton is a Board Member.
Nuts for Life is Australia’s voice for the crucial role nuts play in good health and nutrition. On behalf of the nut industry, they work closely with health professionals, government, and other bodies to improve the nutritional reputation of nuts.
Nuts for Life is a productive, collaborative project, that has added significant value to the wider nut industry over the past 20 years. They have built a reputation as Australia’s credible voice for the vital role nuts play in good health and nutrition. Nuts for Life have played a key role in helping drive nut consumption in Australia – which has more than doubled in volume, and tripled in value since 2003, to achieve an increase of around 5% compound growth per annum.
Tour de Cure
We are a proud supporter and sponsor of Tour de Cure. Will Brunton donates his time and resources to helping the Gala Committee put together amazing Gala events from the Annual Snow Ball, to the Spring Lunch and other events across Brisbane and Melbourne.
Tour de Cure was founded in 2007 by 3 friends who set out to raise vital funds for cancer research projects by organising cycling tours. Tour de Cure today has raised over $145 million and funded over 193 cancer breakthroughs.
